DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:A three-day course for those who have previously attended childbirth classes. Women considering a vaginal birth after Cesarean will also benefit. Sign up by fourth month of pregnancy.  Preparation for labor, delivery, recovery and post partum is the focus of this course.  Relaxation skills including breathing techniques are reviewed.  Clients' needs for both medicated or non- medicated birth options are addressed.
