A certified childbirth educator will help you navigate through the stages of labor, delivery, post-partum and newborn care.  Methods for managing labor from Lamaze to the use of pain medications and epidurals will be presented to help you choose which options will work best for you. =0D=0A=0D=0AYour partner or support person is encouraged to attend with you.
