DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Preparation for labor, delivery, recovery and post partum is the focus of this course.  Relaxation skills including breathing techniques are reviewed.  Clients' needs for both medicated or non- medicated birth options are addressed. Classes are lead by a Registered Nurse who is a Lamaze International Certified Childbirth Educator.  Sign up by the fourth month of pregnancy.  Classes fill up quickly.
