I've worked at St. Catherine Hospital for six years as a Lab Support Services Technician. It was like coming home, because I was born at St. Catherine Hospital and my children were born at Community Hospital.

Community Healthcare System is a good place to work because it's like my second family. All my co-workers genuinely care about how I'm doing and also about how my family is doing. We treat our patients like family members.

Before I worked for Community Healthcare System, I was a waitress. I decided I didn't want to do that the rest of my life; there had to be something better. So, I put myself through college and earned my associate's degree. Then, I was able to take my phlebotomy test and the Medical Assistant Registry exam.

I've recommended Community Healthcare System as a great place to work to others looking for jobs. I told them that this is the best hospital system to work for and they have applied for various positions.
