PAD - Peripheral arterial disease is the progressive narrowing of the arteries feeding the lower extremities. It can lead to leg pain, exercise intolerance and severe circulation problems. Early detection is key to managing it. Screenings involves taking blood pressure readings in the arm and ankle.
