The hospitals of Community Healthcare System offer many free and low-cost educational programs, screenings and support to help people live healthier, manage a chronic disease or recover from a serious illness.

4/4/2015 - Coronary Health Appraisal
Determines your risk for heart disease and other related medical conditions. Screening includes: cholesterol (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), hemoglobin A1C and average estimated glucose, metabolic syndrome, blood pressure, body mass index, and a Heart Health Profile.
A 12-14 hour fasting required.
The screening is held in the Outpatient Laboratory on the first floor of St. Mary Medical Center. Please use entrance "F" which is located on the East side of the hospital off of Lake Park Ave. Follow signs to the screening check-in desk.
