7/16/2013 - Childbirth Preparation Classes
Preparation for labor, delivery, recovery and post partum is the focus of this course. Relaxation skills including breathing techniques are reviewed. Clients’ needs for both medicated or non- medicated birth options are addressed. Classes are lead by a Registered Nurse who is a Lamaze International Certified Childbirth Educator. Sign up by the fourth month of pregnancy. Classes fill up quickly. Due to limited space and no means of supervision, no additional family members or children are allowed.
