HeartFit is a program designed to help individuals acquire the skills and knowledge that they need to stop or slow the progression of heart disease.
This program combines cardiovascular conditioning with education and counseling all within a medically-supervised, supportive environment that encourages making necessary lifestyle changes.
Pre-admission: Doctor referral, stress test and lab work required.
$50 orientation fee; $48 monthly fee.
