Help for caregivers and those in the very early state of the disease learn about and navigate the medical and legal issues surrounding an Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
Attend physician and attorney presentations, and browse a consortium of vendors providing helpful information and resources on everything from assisted living to home monitoring.
Enter through the Patient Tower Entrance on the west side of the hospital. Program will be in the Auditorium and conference rooms.
Vendors open at 4:00.
Speakers from 6:00-8:00.
