Education/Experience:
Registered Nurse in state of Indiana or eligible or qualified Bacteriologist. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting. Current Infection Control Certification required or obtained within one year. Two years supervisory experience in nursing or biology.

- POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, supports Emergency Preparedness, Safety and Bioterrorism initiatives. Provides assistance to state and local agencies in preparing for and responding to Bioterrorism and other emergency events. Supports the overall integration of the Community Healthcare System in preparing for and responding to Emergency Preparedness, Safety and Bioterrorism and other emergency events. Supports the communication of Emergency Preparedness information to appropriate agencies, media outlets, and the general public.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in any major area; Master’s degree preferred.
Two years professional level experience in emergency management, emergency planning/response coordination, disaster relief planning/response, or a closely related field.
Experience with writing and securing grants required.
Note: Experience may substitute for education if evaluated as equivalent.

Education/Experience:
A Master’s Degree in Physics, Medical Physics or Health Physics is necessary. A Ph.D. in Physics, Medical Physics or Health Physics is preferred. Five or more years clinical work experience and training is required. Certification by the American Board of Radiology in Radiological Physics or Therapeutic Radiological Physics is required. Certification in Radiological Physics is more desirable. “Qualified Expert”, “Qualified Teletherapy Expert”, and “Qualified Brachytherapy Expert” as defined by the USNRC, IDPH, AAPM, ACMP, and the NCRP is required. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.

DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Application Manager, the Principle Trainer is responsible for the application training environment and training materials. The Principle Trainer assures the training material meets the project standard and is workflow based. In collaboration with the other Principle Trainers, the Principle Trainers maintains the integrity of their training environment and assures that it meets the project standards. The Principle Trainer provides training to the user community. The Principle Trainer understands their assigned applications, their value to the business aspects of clinical operations and assist users to maximize the utility of the clinical system. As a member of the application team, the Principle Trainer will obtain application certification and assist with the system life cycle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors Degree required in either education, Information Systems or health related field • Training experience required to include skills in adult education. • 2-4 years Health related clinical experience is preferred. • Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of MS Word and Excel. • Has an aptitude for details; demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, able mediate conflicts; self-starter; and maintains meticulous documentation. • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines is essential. • Must obtain Epic application certification during introductory period.

Utilizing appropriate nursing knowledge, judgement and skills, responsibilities including preparation, administration, surveillance, maintenance and documentation of peripheral IV therapy to include peripheral midline catheters, implanted venous access devices and declotting central lines.
Education/Experience: Current RN licensure, minimum of two years Med/Surg experience.
