The Fitness Pointe "COACH" Programs offer small group personal training at a fraction of the cost of one on one personal training. Our COACH programs run in 8 week cycles and offer a 'drop in trial class ($15/class)' during week 9 (see attached) so you can 'try before you buy' a full session.
Our current COACH Session (beginning January 3rd) will offer the following programs:
Body Transformation Workshop (BTW)
This unique program uses free-weights (i.e.dumbbells) and is a one of a kind offering for serious exercisers looking to lift weights and change their body.
Kettlebell Bootcamp
Get fit using one of the hottest new pieces of fitness equipment; the Kettlebell. A unique program training the body in all planes of movement.
Kettle-Lates
This program gives you the strengthening and stretching of a Pilates program combined with the functional movement training of a Kettlebell workout.
Pilates Allegro
The perfect way to firm and tone your muscles without heavy weights or complex equipment. Level I, Level II, programs available.
Pre/Post Natal Exercise
Pregnant and post partum moms receive tremendous benefits from participating in our pre/post natal exercise program. This program integrates yoga/relaxation, aquatic exercise, as well as overall muscle toning and conditioning specifically targeting the muscles used in childbirth. A must attend for new moms.
Strength Training for Women over 40 (STFW40+)
A great program for the over 40 woman looking to increase bone density, firm muscles, and improve the body's metabolism.
TRX Suspension Training
Originally born as a Navy SEALS workout, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It uses the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
