"Honey chicken kabobs with veggies. You can marinate overnight and make these kabobs for an outdoor barbecue as a tasty alternative to the usual barbecue fare! Fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes can also be used. (This can also be done in the broiler.)"

What is Self-Myofacial Release on the foam roller offers safe benefits and breakdown on soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue.

 How to do it: Roll at a slow pace, stopping and bearing down on the most tender spots. Once the tension in these spots diminishes by at least half, roll to the other areas. It is recommended to work from the center of the body outward using short rolling motions.
