Digital Mammogram Special - $98

 

Community Healthcare System is helping women withone of the most important steps they can take for their health-mammography screening for the early detection
of breast cancer. Symptom-free women who meet the American Cancer Society guidelines for screening mammography may register for a special rate, (due at the time of service) which includes radiologist fee.
Examinations must be performed between October 1 and October 31, 2010.

Physician order is required.

Start: Turn BOSU so the round side is down. Place hands on each side of the BOSU, thumbs in the groves provided, extend the legs back, abdominals contracted bringing yourself into a plank position.

 

Begin: Slowly inhale as you lower your body down towards to BOSU keeping a straight line from the top of your head to your toes. Exhale as you press yourself back up to the starting position. (Completing 1 repetition).

 

Modification: Perform the exercise from your knees (keeping a straight line from top of your head to your knees).

 

Perform 8-12 repetitions (1 set)

*Tip: remember to keep abdominals contracted, eyes looking down at the BOSU, and do not hold your breath.

 

 

This quick chili recipe is great in the summertime or winter. It's also great for potlucks and family gatherings. It tastes great with a spoonful of sour cream.
