Massage Therapy

As most people know massage therapy is becoming more and more known. For people who don't really know what massage therapy is. Massage therapy is a passive form of exercise. There are different types of massages, but the most common are your "Relaxation and or Deep Tissue Massage".

Pure Relaxation

A blend of Swedish and circulatory technique promotes body/mind relaxation. It will leave your body refreshed and rejuvenated. This massage can be experienced in a light or aggressive style.

Deep Tissue Massage

A more technical and sometimes more aggressive style that "really gets in there". This massage is for any person , athletic or not, who senses their body is closing in on them. This massage is not for people who have not received a professional massage before.

Chair Massage

Usually 15 minutes. Done in a sit-kneel position with entire wardrobe on.

Pre-Natal Massage

Doctors release required. Pure relaxation only.
