With more than 20 years of experience, the staff at Community Healthcare System Occupational Health has specialized in preventing injuries and providing care to our working community. Our program is supervised by board certified Occupational Medicine physicians. Our staff specializes in the treatment of the injured worker, disease prevention, and health improvement programs. We are committed to partnering with our clients to provide excellent and compassionate service and cost-effective solutions. It is our goal to help keep our working community healthy and productive.
Initial treatment for injuries and follow-up care is provided at St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago and St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. Our program's affiliation with the area's leading healthcare system ensures access to a full continuum of care. Injury case management is driven by the goals of controlling medical expenses and reducing loss time. Woven throughout our care is an emphasis on education to help prevent injuries, reinforcing self-responsibility, wellness and problem solving.
Patients can be seen for occupational health services at St. Mary Medical Center's location, 1354 Lake Park Avenue, Hobart, IN 46342, directly north and next door to the hospital adjacent to the Lung Center and CVS Pharmacy. At this location, we've expanded our space with two additional exam rooms and a spacious waiting area to better serve you. The phone number is 219-947-6495 and clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Patients can look forward to the same excellent care and the same excellent medical team they have come to know and trust from Community Healthcare System.
