Who will care for me?
Under the collaboration of Medical Director Matthew Libiran, M.D., the Med-Clinic is staffed by highly-skilled Advanced Family Nurse Practitioners who are qualified to evaluate minor illnesses for patients ages 18 months and older. Should follow-up care be needed, a record of the visit can be sent to the patient's regular doctor. If the patient doesn't have a doctor, patient navigators will work with them to help find a physician that will meet their needs. The navigators will also link patients with resources such as discounted pharmaceutical programs, free health screenings, educational programs and other needed health services.
