The St. Catherine Hospital Auxiliary History
The St. Catherine Hospital Auxiliary was founded in 1958 and helps the hospital achieve its goal of providing quality care to its patients and guests.
All activities of the auxiliary are philanthropic and the auxiliary sponsors all hospital fundraising events to include Gift Shop management. All proceeds are used for St. Catherine Hospital, patient care services, and the community.
Volunteer Information
St. Catherine Hospital offers unique opportunities for everyone 14 years or older from all backgrounds. As a member of our volunteer family, you will be able to share your talents, interests, and abilities with us and those we serve. As a volunteer, you will be assisting with many of the services that contribute to the quality of care and comfort for our patients. Our mission calls us to care for our patients with compassion, respect and kindness.

Orientation /Training
Volunteer training includes attending a structured group Hospital and Department orientation program. The orientation is conducted on the first Monday of each month at 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.

- Arts & Crafts
- Cardiology services
- Family Birthing Center
- Flower Delivery
- Fundraising
- Gift Cart
- Gift Shop
- Human Resources

- Medical Education
