An 8 week program to teach you how to quit smoking. Class includes instruction, counseling, behavior modification such as breathing & relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes, how to get pharmacological support, and more. Sanctioned by the American Lung Association. Cost of the program is $50.00, however, $30.00 will be returned upon successful completion of the program.
Held July 16 to Sept. 3.
