Visiting Hours

General Visitation

  • Noon to 8 p.m.

We encourage visiting with the established guidelines to help the patients get the rest they need. That means no more than two visitors at a time. This helps us keep noise levels low creating a more restful environment. Special arrangements are possible for out-of-town visitors, those unable to visit during scheduled times and other special conditions. Please contact a nurse for assistance.

Intensive Care, Main floor

  • 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Open visitation after 8 p.m. is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader, or Nurse Manager. Children younger than 14 years are not permitted in the ICU.

No more than two visitors at the bedside at any one time. Visitors are asked to check in at the Nurses Station prior to entering a patient room.

Acute Rehabilitation Unit 2nd floor, south end of the Medical Arts Building

  • Noon to 8 p.m.

Special arrangements may be made for family participation in therapy sessions.

Surgery, Main floor

Immediate family can visit at any time on the day of surgery.

Intermediate Care Unit, 2nd floor west

  • 12 to 8 p.m.

Pediatrics, 4th floor east

  • 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

One parent or special visitor is permitted to spend the night in the child's room.

Family Birthing Center, Main floor

  • Noon to 8 p.m.

Observation of a delivery is limited by the mother's wishes and physician discretion. Three visitors may be in the room during labor at any one time. One person is allowed to stay 24 hours a day.
