Scholarships Awarded

An Opportunity to be a Part of St. Mary Medical Auxiliary Scholarship Awards
A committee which is part of the board of directors of the St. Mary Medical Auxiliary is called "Memorials". This committee receives any contributions which are to fund the scholarships awarded each spring by the Auxiliary.
Participants are those who may want to remember a deceased family member, friend, co-worker or other person with a "memorial". It is also very acceptable and encouraged for someone who might like to give a "memorial" as a gift or recognition for some accomplishment among acquaintances.
An amount of $500.00 or more made for a "memorial" is named for the donor or by whatever name one would choose. We have had a few individual named scholarships awarded and a couple of organizations have participated with named scholarships in our effort. Any smaller donations are very welcome and accumulate in our Fund which enables us to award scholarships to those studying any aspect in the field of medicine.
A committee of 6 Auxilians is chaired by one of the group. After many applications are distributed and received, this group decides on the recipients. Each year we have increased the amount of money we have been fortunate to receive from various donations and thus award more scholarships.
Thank you in advance for any interest shown. Contact can be made through an Auxiliary member or St. Mary Medical Center.
