Wound/Ostomy/Continence Center
The entire staff at the Wound/Ostomy/Continence
Center provides expert knowledge with a
caring touch.
St. Mary Medical Center provides comprehensive assessment, medical management and state-of-the-art treatment and follow-up care for all your wound, ostomy or continence needs.
Available in two locations at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, or our Willowcreek Health Center in Portage. Our medical team works in cooperation with your primary care and other physicians to promote positive management outcomes in your wound, ostomy, and continence care.
Our nurse practitioners are certified in wound and ostomy care, and are specifically trained in continence issues. Our wound care team also incorporates diabetes specialists, surgeons, infection specialists and other physicians to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
If you or someone you know suffers from chronic wounds or wounds that do not seem to be healing properly, or has ostomy or incontinence concerns or needs, contact your doctor or call the Wound/Ostomy/Continence Center at St. Mary Medical Center for an appointment.
