Cancer Resource Centre
The Cancer Resource Centre provides support, networking and educational resources to individuals diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones. The Centre has a resource library where individuals may check out books, conduct Internet searches and receive information on cancer. Educational programs, support groups and mind-body-spirit classes are also offered. All services at the Centre are free of charge because of donations from individuals and organizations. The Cancer Resource Centre is a support program of the Community Cancer Research Foundation, Inc. An annual Romp & Roll Walk held in Munster raises funds to support the resource centre - a walk and 5K run are featured.
Friends of the Cancer Resource Centre
The Friends of the Cancer Resource Centre is a volunteer auxiliary of the Centre that promotes its good works and supports its mission. For more information call Linda Favors, 219-836-3349.
