Event Details

This postpartum class enables new parents (and other caregivers) to share their fitness with baby (ages six weeks through crawling.) We include exercises to help build cardiovascular and strength while bonding with your little one.

The postnatal fitness expert will not only take you through an enjoyable workout experience, but also provide you with a series of exercises for ‘Baby & You’ to do at home.
