A neurologist, cardiologist, emergency medicine physician and a rehabilitation coordinator will discuss signs, symptoms and causes of stroke.  Topics will include prevention, treatment after stroke, nutrition, physical activity and medications. Browse a consortium of vendors providing helpful information and free health screenings will also be available. Refreshments will be served.
