Our physicians also assist with planning and referral for surgical options, if needed.

Neuroscience and Sports Medicine Center
Construction is underway for Community Hospital’s 27,000-square-foot Community Neuroscience & Sports Medicine Center on U.S. 30 and St. John Road in Schererville. The two-story building will house the hospital’s Dizziness and Balance Therapy Center, Concussion and Sports Medicine Clinics as well as physician offices.
The Neuroscience and Balance Suite will provide space where patients can receive comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatments aimed to decrease dizziness and improve balance for improved functional independence. The suite will also include space for physical, occupational therapies and rehabilitation services.
Physician offices on site will include fellowship-trained primary and orthopedic sports medicine specialists, as well as neurologists, orthopedic surgeons and a physiatrist.
